Decoiling – Slitting – Leveling – Rewinding Production Line:

This leveling line is suitable for processing cold-rolled, hot-rolled, and low-alloy steel coils within a medium thickness range. It decoils, levels, and slits coils into narrow coils of various specifications, or shears them into cut-to-length sheets of various specifications.

Standard Configuration Includes:

Hydraulic loading car, decoiler, hydraulic threading unit, pinch-feed and preliminary leveling machine, hydraulic crop shear, transition table, edge guiding system, slitting machine, scrap winder, separation and pinch mechanism, hydraulic recoiler, unloading car, precision leveling unit, shearing machine, stacking car, hydraulic system, and electrical control system. There are three configurations available for users to choose from:

Configuration 1: Decoiling – Leveling – Slitting – Rewinding

Configuration 2: Decoiling – Leveling – Slitting – Cut-to-Length – Cross-cutting

Configuration 3: A composite line combining both of the above functions
