Automatic heavy duty cut to length machine line

This production line is to uncoil,  level and shear the hot rolled steel coil plate,  stainless steel coil plate and thick plate into various specifications of length plates with edge-cutting function.

Standard allocation consists of charging wagon,  uncoiler,  material feeding machine,  feeding pre-calibrating machine,  transition working platform,  limiter (edge-cutting machine,  strip edge recoiler),  leveling main machine,  length shearing device,  end plate feeding machine,  shearing machine,  conveying working platform,  extractor,  material working platform,  complete stuff device,  hydraulic system and electric control system.

The main component of hydraulic system of this production line applies high precision component parts from Taiwan. The electric control is controlled full line by imported PLC program controller and touch screen. The leveling main motor applies DC motor. The DC controller applies the product from British Eurotherm company. Its characteristics are high automaticity,  good leveling quality,  high shearing precision,  high production efficiency,  steady and reliable performance and easy operation and maintenance.
